Adam Lowry, the Chief Greenskeeper at Method, talks about the importance of designing innovative products with the end user in mind. Even the perfect sustainable product won't be adopted if it's difficult to use or too much of a departure from what consumers are used to. He notes that sometimes you may need to give a little on your sustainable goals to get a wider adoption rate.
